Blessed [shalt] thou [be] when thou comest in, and blessed [shalt] thou [be] when thou goest out.

"A blessing on you when you go out, and a blessing on you when you come in.
You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.
Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
