And the sight of the glory of the LORD [was] like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.
And the sight {H4758} of the glory {H3519} of the LORD {H3068} was like devouring {H398} fire {H784} on the top {H7218} of the mount {H2022} in the eyes {H5869} of the children {H1121} of Israel {H3478}.
To the people of Isra'el the glory of ADONAI looked like a raging fire on the top of the mountain.
And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like a consuming fire on the mountaintop in the eyes of the Israelites.
And the appearance of the glory of Jehovah was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.
