  16. Therefore thus says the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! They shall not lament for him, saying Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

  17. He shall be buried with the burial of a donkey, drawn and cast out beyond the gates of Jerusalem.

  18. Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from Abarim; for all your lovers are destroyed.

  19. I spoke to you in your prosperity; but you said, I will not hear. This has been your way from your youth, that you didn’t obey my voice.

  20. Behold, one came to him and said, “Good Rabbi, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”

  21. He said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good but one, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”

  22. He said to him, “Which ones?” Yeshua said, “‘You shall not murder.’ ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ ‘You shall not steal.’ ‘You shall not offer false testimony.’

  23. ‘Honor your father and mother.’ And, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’”

  24. The young man said to him, “All these things I have observed from my youth. What do I still lack?”

  25. Yeshua said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
