  1. The Lord turned, and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the Lord’s word, how he said to him, “Before the rooster crows you will deny me three times.”

  2. He went out, and wept bitterly.

  3. But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.

  8. Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, where are you going?” Yeshua answered, “Where I am going, you can’t follow now, but you will follow afterwards.”

  9. Peter said to him, “Lord, why can’t I follow you now? I will lay down my life for you.”

  10. Yeshua answered him, “Will you lay down your life for me? Most certainly I tell you, the rooster won’t crow until you have denied me three times.

  11. Simon Peter followed Yeshua, as did another disciple. Now that disciple was known to the high priest, and entered in with Yeshua into the court of the high priest;

  12. Then the maid who kept the door said to Peter, “Are you also one of this man’s disciples?” He said, “I am not.”

  13. Now the servants and the officers were standing there, having made a fire of coals, for it was cold. They were warming themselves. Peter was with them, standing and warming himself.

  14. Now Simon Peter was standing and warming himself. They said therefore to him, “You aren’t also one of his disciples, are you?” He denied it, and said, “I am not.”

  15. One of the servants of the high priest, being a relative of him whose ear Peter had cut off, said, “Didn’t I see you in the garden with him?”

  16. Peter therefore denied it again, and immediately the rooster crowed.

  17. Therefore she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Yeshua loved, and said to them, “They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they have laid him!”

  18. Therefore Peter and the other disciple went out, and they went toward the tomb.

  19. They both ran together. The other disciple outran Peter, and came to the tomb first.

  20. Stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths lying, yet he didn’t enter in.

  21. Then Simon Peter came, following him, and entered into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying,

  22. After these things, Yeshua revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself this way.

  23. Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together.

  24. Simon Peter said to them, “I’m going fishing.” They told him, “We are also coming with you.” They immediately went out, and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.

  25. But when day had already come, Yeshua stood on the beach, yet the disciples didn’t know that it was Yeshua.
