  15. He sends out his word, and melts them. He causes his wind to blow, and the waters flow.

  16. Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars!

  17. Praise him, you heavens of heavens, You waters that are above the heavens.

  18. Let them praise the LORD’s name, For he commanded, and they were created.

  19. He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away.

  20. Because I have called, and you have refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no one has paid attention;

  21. but you have ignored all my counsel, and wanted none of my reproof;

  22. I also will laugh at your disaster. I will mock when calamity overtakes you;

  23. when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when your disaster comes on like a whirlwind; when distress and anguish come on you.

  24. while as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the beginning of the dust of the world.

  25. When he established the heavens, I was there; when he set a circle on the surface of the deep,
