  1. Then Haran died before Terah his father in the land of his natiuitie, in Vr of the Caldees.

  2. So Abram and Nahor tooke them wiues. The name of Abrams wife was Sarai, and the name of Nahors wife Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.

  15. The sonnes of Iapheth were Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Iauan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

  16. And the sonnes of Gomer, Ashchenaz, and Iphath and Togarmah.

  17. Also the sonnes of Iauan, Elishah and Tarshishah, Kittim, and Dodanim.

  18. The sonnes of Ham were Cush, and Mizraim, Put and Canaan.

  19. And the sonnes of Cush, Siba and Hauilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. Also the sonnes of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.

  20. And Cush begate Nimrod, who began to be mightie in the earth.

  21. And Mizraim begate Ludim and Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim:

  22. Pathrusim also, and Casluhim, of whome came the Philistims, and Caphtorim.

  23. Also Canaan begate Zidon his first borne, and Heth,

  24. And the Iebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

  25. And the Hiuuite, and the Arkite, and the Simite,
