  10. To whom he said: To other cities also I must preach the kingdom of God: for therefore am I sent.

  11. Jesus said to him: The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air nests: but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

  12. Saying: Father, if thou wilt, remove this chalice from me: but yet not my will, but thine be done.

  13. And his sweat became as drops of blood, trickling down upon the ground.

  14. And Herod and Pilate were made friends, that same day: for before they were enemies one to another.

  15. And Jesus said: Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. But they, dividing his garments, cast lots.

  22. And he found in the temple them that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting.

  23. And when he had made, as it were, a scourge of little cords, he drove them all out of the temple, the sheep also and the oxen: and the money of the changers he poured out, and the tables he overthrew.

  24. And to them that sold doves he said: Take these things hence, and make not the house of my Father a house of traffic.

  25. And his disciples remembered, that it was written: The zeal of thy house hath eaten me up.
