  1. But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.

  9. But all these things are the beginning of birth pains.

  10. Then they will deliver you up to oppression, and will kill you. You will be hated by all of the nations for my name’s sake.

  11. Then many will stumble, and will deliver up one another, and will hate one another.

  12. Many false prophets will arise, and will lead many astray.

  13. Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.

  14. But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved.

  15. This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

  16. “When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

  17. saying, “If you, even you, had known today the things which belong to your peace! But now, they are hidden from your eyes.

  18. For the days will come on you, when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, surround you, hem you in on every side,

  19. and will dash you and your children within you to the ground. They will not leave in you one stone on another, because you didn’t know the time of your visitation.”

  20. They asked him, “Rabbi, so when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are about to happen?”

  21. He said, “Watch out that you don’t get led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is at hand.’ Therefore don’t follow them.

  22. When you hear of wars and disturbances, don’t be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won’t come immediately.”

  23. Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

  24. There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.

  25. After these things, Yeshua was walking in Galilee, for he wouldn’t walk in Judea, because the Judeans sought to kill him.
