  1. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also.

  10. that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.

  11. The night is far gone, and the day is near. Let’s therefore throw off the works of darkness, and let’s put on the armor of light.

  12. so that you come behind in no gift; waiting for the revelation of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah;

  13. who will also confirm you until the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

  14. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each man will get his praise from God.

  15. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.

  16. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.

  17. being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Yeshua the Messiah.

  18. For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Yeshua the Messiah;

  19. who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.

  20. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

  21. When Messiah, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.

  22. and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Yeshua, who delivers us from the wrath to come.

  23. to the end he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Yeshua with all his holy ones.

  24. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God’s shofar. The dead in Messiah will rise first,

  25. then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
