  1. Being made free from sin, you became bondservants of righteousness.

  2. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh, for as you presented your members as servants to uncleanness and to wickedness upon wickedness, even so now present your members as servants to righteousness for sanctification.

  19. Give no occasions for stumbling, either to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the assembly of God;

  20. Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

  21. What agreement has Messiah with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?

  22. What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”

  23. Therefore “‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.

  24. Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that you may do that which is honorable, though we are as reprobate.

  25. For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
