  1. So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

  2. Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:

  19. For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
