  1. And this is the will of him that sent mee, that euery man which seeth the Sonne, and beleeueth in him, should haue euerlasting life: and I will raise him vp at the last day.

  2. If any man serue me, let him follow me: for where I am, there shall also my seruant be: and if any man serue me, him will my Father honour.

  3. In my Fathers house are many dwelling places: if it were not so, I would haue tolde you: I go to prepare a place for you.

  4. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I wil come againe, and receiue you vnto my selfe, that where I am, there may ye be also.

  5. As thou hast giuen him power ouer all flesh, that he shoulde giue eternall life to all them that thou hast giuen him.

  6. And this is life eternall, that they knowe thee to be the onely very God, and whom thou hast sent, Iesus Christ.

  7. Father, I will that they which thou hast giuen me, be with me euen where I am, that they may beholde that my glorie, which thou hast giuen mee: for thou louedst me before the foundation of the world.

  8. And nowe brethren, I commend you to God, and to the worde of his grace, which is able to build further, and to giue you an inheritance, among all them, which are sanctified.

  9. To open their eyes, that they may turne from darknes to light, and from the power of Satan vnto God, that they may receiue forgiuenes of sinnes, and inheritance among them, which are sanctified by fayth in me.

  10. That is, to them which through patience in well doing, seeke glorie, and honour, and immortalitie, euerlasting life:

  11. Nowe to him that worketh, the wages is not counted by fauour, but by dette:

  12. But to him that worketh not, but beleeueth in him that iustifieth the vngodly, his faith is counted for righteousnesse.

  13. Therefore it is by faith, that it might come by grace, and the promise might be sure to all the seede, not to that onely which is of the Lawe: but also to that which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of vs all,

  14. By who also through faith, we haue had this accesse into this grace, wherein we stand, and reioyce vnder ye hope of the glory of God.

  15. For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

  16. If we be children, we are also heires, euen the heires of God, and heires annexed with Christ: if so be that we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

  17. For I count that the afflictions of this present time are not worthy of the glory, which shalbe shewed vnto vs.

  18. And if it be of grace, it is no more of workes: or els were grace no more grace: but if it be of workes, it is no more grace: or els were worke no more worke.

  19. But as it is written, The thinges which eye hath not seene, neither eare hath heard, neither came into mans heart, are, which God hath prepared for them that loue him.

  20. Doe ye not knowe, that the Saintes shall iudge the worlde? If the worlde then shalbe iudged by you, are ye vnworthie to iudge the smallest matters?

  21. And euery man that proueth masteries, abstaineth from all things: and they do it to obtaine a corruptible crowne: but we for an vncorruptible.

  22. Therefore we faint not, but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed daily.

  23. For our light affliction which is but for a moment, causeth vnto vs a farre most excellent and an eternall waight of glorie:

  24. While we looke not on the thinges which are seene, but on the things which are not seene: for the things which are seene, are temporall: but the things which are not seene, are eternall.

  25. For we knowe that if our earthly house of this tabernacle be destroyed, we haue a building giuen of God, that is, an house not made with handes, but eternall in the heauens.
