  1. And hee would not of a long time: but afterward he said with himselfe, Though I feare not God, nor reuerence man,

  2. Yet because this widowe troubleth mee, I will doe her right, lest at the last shee come and make me wearie.

  3. And the Lord said, Heare what the vnrighteous iudge saith.

  4. Now shall not God auenge his elect, which cry day and night vnto him, yea, though he suffer long for them?

  5. I tell you he will auenge them quickly: but when the Sonne of man commeth, shall he finde faith on the earth?

  7. And he tooke bread, and when he had giuen thankes, he brake it, and gaue to them, saying, This is my body, which is giuen for you: doe this in the remembrance of me.

  8. And he was drawen aside from them about a stones cast, and kneeled downe, and prayed,

  9. Saying, Father, if thou wilt, take away this cuppe from mee: neuerthelesse, not my will, but thine be done.

  10. But being in an agonie, hee prayed more earnestly: and his sweate was like drops of blood, trickling downe to the ground.

  11. And he sayd vnto Iesus, Lord, remember me, when thou commest into thy kingdome.

  12. Then Iesus said vnto him, Verely I say vnto thee, to day shalt thou be with me in Paradise.

  13. Iesus answered and saide vnto her, If thou knewest that gift of God, and who it is that saieth to thee, Giue mee drinke, thou wouldest haue asked of him, and hee woulde haue giuen thee, water of life.

  14. Ye worship that which ye knowe not: we worship that which we knowe: for saluation is of the Iewes.

  15. But the houre commeth, and nowe is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit, and trueth: for the Father requireth euen such to worship him.

  16. God is a Spirite, and they that worship him, must worship him in spirit and trueth.

  17. And Iesus tooke the bread, and gaue thanks, and gaue to the disciples, and the disciples, to them that were set downe: and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.

  18. And that there came other ships from Tiberias neere vnto the place where they ate the bread, after the Lord had giuen thankes.

  19. Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him heareth he.

  20. And whatsoeuer ye aske in my Name, that will I doe, that the Father may be glorified in the Sonne.

  21. If ye shall aske any thing in my Name, I will doe it.

  22. If ye abide in me, and my wordes abide in you, aske what ye wil, and it shalbe done to you.

  23. Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you, and ordeined you, that ye goe and bring foorth fruite, and that your fruite remaine, that whatsoeuer ye shall aske of the Father in my Name, he may giue it you.

  24. And in that day shall ye aske me nothing. Verely, verely I say vnto you, whatsoeuer ye shall aske the Father in my Name, he will giue it you.

  25. Hitherto haue ye asked nothing in my Name: aske, and ye shall receiue, that your ioye may be full.
