  12. It is clear that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

  13. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into His image with intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

  14. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

  15. And God has prepared us for this very purpose and has given us the Spirit as a pledge of what is to come.

  16. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!

  17. I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

  18. At that time, however, the son born by the flesh persecuted the son born by the Spirit. It is the same now.

  19. For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything. What counts is a new creation.

  20. And you were dead in your trespasses and sins,

  21. made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved!

  22. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,

  23. For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God,

  24. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.

  25. Now to each one of us grace has been given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
