  1. But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.

  2. Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

  3. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

  8. But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

  10. But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

  11. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

  12. ¶ For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

  13. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

  14. And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

  15. Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

  16. What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

  17. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

  18. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

  19. That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

  20. I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

  21. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

  22. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

  23. And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.

  24. By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

  25. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
