  18. But as for you, stand here by me, and I will tell you all the commandment, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.”

  19. The LORD your God will raise up to you a prophet from your midst, of your brothers, like me. You shall listen to him.

  20. I will raise them up a prophet from among their brothers, like you. I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.

  21. But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.”

  22. Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he and Joshua the son of Nun.
