  10. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

  11. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,

  12. and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

  13. After the arrest of John, Jesus went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel of God.

  14. “The time is fulfilled,” He said, “and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe in the gospel!”

  15. Then his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied:

  16. “Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, because He has visited and redeemed His people.

  17. He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,

  18. as He spoke through His holy prophets, those of ages past,

  19. salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us,

  20. to show mercy to our fathers and to remember His holy covenant,

  21. the oath He swore to our father Abraham, to grant us

  22. deliverance from hostile hands, that we may serve Him without fear,

  23. in holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our lives.

  24. And you, child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for Him,

  25. to give to His people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins,
