  1. And Iesus sayde vnto them, Fill the waterpots with water. Then they filled them vp to the brim.

  2. Then he sayde vnto them, Draw out nowe and beare vnto the gouernour of the feast. So they bare it.

  3. Nowe when the gouernour of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, (for he knewe not whence it was: but the seruants, which drewe the water, knewe) the gouernour of ye feast called the bridegrome,

  7. Hee that beleeueth in mee, as saith the Scripture, out of his bellie shall flowe riuers of water of life.

  8. (This spake hee of the Spirite which they that beleeued in him, should receiue: for the holy Ghost was not yet giuen, because that Iesus was not yet glorified.)

  9. And sayd vnto him, Go wash in the poole of Siloam (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came againe seeing.

  10. That hee might sanctifie it, and clense it by the washing of water through the worde,

  11. Which only stood in meates and drinkes, and diuers washings, and carnal rites, which were inioyned, vntill the time of reformation.

  12. For when Moses had spoken euery precept to the people, according to the Law, he tooke the blood of calues and of goates, with water and purple wooll and hyssope, and sprinckled both the booke, and all the people,

  13. Wherefore the worlde that then was, perished, ouerflowed with the water.

  14. But the heauens and earth, which are nowe, are kept by the same word in store, and reserued vnto fire against the day of condemnation, and of the destruction of vngodly men.

  15. And his feete like vnto fine brasse, burning as in a fornace: and his voyce as the sounde of many waters.

  16. And the name of the starre is called wormewood: therefore the thirde part of the waters became wormewood, and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

  17. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water after the woman, like a flood, that he might cause her to be caried away of the flood.

  18. And the second Angel powred out his viall vpon the sea, and it became as the blood of a dead man: and euery liuing thing dyed in the sea.

  19. And the third Angel powred out his viall vpon the riuers and fountaines of waters, and they became blood.

  20. And I heard the Angel of the waters say, Lord, thou art iust, Which art, and Which wast: and Holy, because thou hast iudged these things.

  21. Then there came one of the seuen Angels, which had the seuen vials, and talked with me, saying vnto me, Come: I will shewe thee the damnation of the great whore that sitteth vpon many waters,

  22. And he said vnto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are people, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
