  1. Thus the seruice was prepared, and the Priests stoode in their places, also the Leuites in their orders, according to the Kings commandement:

  2. And they slewe the Passeouer, and the Priests sprinkled the blood with their handes, and the Leuites flayed them.

  3. (For the Priests and the Leuites were purified altogether) and they killed the Passeouer for all the children of the captiuitie, and for their brethren the Priests, and for themselues.

  4. Blowe the trumpet in the newe moone, euen in the time appointed, at our feast day.

  5. Hee set this in Ioseph for a testimonie, when hee came out of the land of Egypt, where I heard a language, that I vnderstoode not.

  7. And vpon that day, shall the prince prepare for him selfe, and for all the people of the lande, a bullocke for a sinne offring.

  8. And in the seuen dayes of the feast he shall make a burnt offring to the Lord, euen of seuen bullockes, and seuen rammes without blemish dayly for seuen dayes, and an hee goate dayly for a sinne offring.

  9. And he shall prepare a meate offring of an Ephah for a bullocke, an Ephah for a ramme, and an Hin of oyle for an Ephah.

  10. Ye know that after two dayes is ye Passeouer, and the Sonne of man shalbe deliuered to be crucified.

  11. And as they did eate, Iesus tooke the bread, and when he had blessed, he brake it, and gaue it to the disciples, and sayd, Take, eate: this is my bodie.

  12. Also he tooke the cuppe, and when he had giuen thankes, he gaue it them, saying, Drinke ye all of it.

  13. For this is my blood of the Newe Testament, that is shedde for many, for the remission of sinnes.

  14. Nowe at the feast, the gouernour was wont to deliuer vnto the people a prisoner whom they would.

  15. And two daies after followed the feast of the Passeouer, and of vnleauened bread: and the hie Priests, and Scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.

  16. But they sayde, Not in the feast day, least there be any tumult among the people.

  17. Nowe the first day of vnleauened bread, when they sacrificed the Passeouer, his disciples sayde vnto him, Where wilt thou that we goe and prepare, that thou mayest eate the Passeouer?

  18. Then hee sent foorth two of his disciples, and sayde vnto them, Goe yee into the citie, and there shall a man meete you bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.

  19. And whithersoeuer he goeth in, say yee to the good man of the house, The Master sayeth, Where is the lodging where I shall eate the Passeouer with my disciples?

  20. And he wil shewe you an vpper chamber which is large, trimmed and prepared: there make it readie for vs.

  21. So his disciples went foorth, and came to the citie, and found as he had said vnto them, and made readie the Passeouer.

  22. And at euen he came with the twelue.

  23. And as they sate at table and did eate, Iesus said, Verely I say vnto you, that one of you shall betray me, which eateth with me.

  24. Then they began to be sorowful and to say to him one by one, Is it I? And another, Is it I?

  25. And he answered and sayde vnto them, It is one of the twelue that dippeth with mee in the platter.
