  1. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

  15. Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?

  16. Clouds and darkness are round about him: justice and judgment are the establishment of his throne.

  17. A fire shall go before him, and shall burn his enemies round about.
