  1. All things are delivered to me by my Father. And no one knoweth who the Son is, but the Father: and who the Father is, but the Son and to whom the Son will reveal him.

  13. So is he that layeth up treasure for himself and is not rich towards God.

  14. Consider the ravens, for they sow not, neither do they reap, neither have they storehouse nor barn, and God feedeth them. How much are you more valuable than they?

  15. Now, if God clothe in this manner the grass that is to-day in the field and to-morrow is cast into the oven: how much more you, O ye of little faith?

  16. For all these things do the nations of the world seek. But your Father knoweth that you have need of these things.

  17. But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his justice: and all these things shall be added unto you.

  18. Fear not, little flock, for it hath pleased your Father to give you a kingdom.

  19. And he laid his hands upon her: and immediately she was made straight and glorified God.

  20. He said therefore: To what is the kingdom of God like, and whereunto shall I resemble it?

  21. And again he said: Whereunto shall I esteem the kingdom of God to be like?

  22. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth; when you shall see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God: and you yourselves thrust out.

  23. And there shall come from the east and the west and the north and the south: and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

  24. When one of them that sat at table with him had heard these things, he said to him: Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

  25. So I say to you, there shall be joy before the angels of God upon one sinner doing penance.
