  19. For our shield belongeth unto Jehovah; And our king to the Holy One of Israel.

  20. For he will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence.

  21. He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield and a buckler.

  22. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

  23. For the pestilence that walketh in darkness, Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

  24. A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; Butit shall not come nigh thee.

  25. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.
