  1. But Jesus said, Some one did touch me; for I perceived that power had gone forth from me.

  2. And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him declared in the presence of all the people for what cause she touched him, and how she was healed immediately.

  3. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.

  9. But he, taking her by the hand, called, saying, Maiden, arise.

  10. And her spirit returned, and she rose up immediately: and he commanded that something be given her to eat.

  11. And her parents were amazed: but he charged them to tell no man what had been done.

  12. And behold, a man from the multitude cried, saying, Teacher, I beseech thee to look upon my son; for he is mine only child:

  13. and behold, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth, and it hardly departeth from him, bruising him sorely.

  14. And I besought thy disciples to cast it out; and they could not.

  15. And Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and bear with you? bring hither thy son.

  16. And as he was yet a coming, the demon dashed him down, and tare him grievously. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the boy, and gave him back to his father.

  17. And there arose a reasoning among them, which of them was the greatest.

  18. But when Jesus saw the reasoning of their heart, he took a little child, and set him by his side,

  19. and said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this little child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same is great.

  20. And they were bringing unto him also their babes, that he should touch them: but when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them.

  21. But Jesus called them unto him, saying, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for to such belongeth the kingdom of God.

  22. He came therefore again unto Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.

  23. When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judæa into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.

  24. Jesus therefore said unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will in no wise believe.

  25. The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.
