  1. You shall prepare wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin, with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

  2. “‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil;

  3. and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.

  4. When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to the LORD;

  5. then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:

  6. and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.

  7. a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig trees and pomegranates; a land of olive trees and honey;

  8. You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your new wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill offerings, nor the wave offering of your hand;

  9. The first fruits of your grain, of your new wine, and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.

  10. Then Samuel took the vial of oil, and poured it on his head, and kissed him, and said, “Isn’t it that the LORD has anointed you to be prince over his inheritance?

  22. Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me: what do you have in the house?” She said, “Your handmaid has nothing in the house, except a pot of oil.”

  23. Then he said, “Go, borrow containers from of all your neighbors, even empty containers. Don’t borrow just a few.

  24. You shall go in, and shut the door on you and on your sons, and pour out into all those containers; and you shall set aside that which is full.”

  25. So she went from him, and shut the door on her and on her sons; they brought the containers to her, and she poured out.
