Moses

this Ezra went up from Babylon: and he was a ready scribe in the Torah of Moses, which the LORD, the God of Israel, had given; and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the LORD his God on him.

We have dealt very corruptly against you, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances, which you commanded your servant Moses.

“Remember, I beg you, the word that you commanded your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you trespass, I will scatter you abroad among the peoples;

All the people gathered themselves together as one man into the broad place that was before the water gate; and they spoke to Ezra the scribe to bring the scroll of the Torah of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel.

They found written in the Torah, how that the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month;

and made known to them your holy Sabbath, and commanded them commandments, and statutes, and a law, by Moses your servant,

they joined with their brothers, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s Torah, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;

On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that an Ammonite and a Moabite should not enter into the assembly of God forever,

You led your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Lord, you have been our dwelling place for all generations.

Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on the LORD, and he answered them.

He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.

He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.

They envied Moses also in the camp, and Aaron, the LORD’s holy one.

Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had Moses, his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, so that he wouldn’t destroy them.

They angered him also at the waters of Meribah, so that Moses was troubled for their sakes;

Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying, Where is he who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? where is he who put his holy Spirit in their midst?

who caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses? who divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name?

Then the LORD said to me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind would not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go out.

Yes, all Israel have transgressed your law, turning aside, that they should not obey your voice: therefore the curse and the oath written in the Torah of Moses the servant of God has been poured out on us; for we have sinned against him.

As it is written in the Torah of Moses, all this evil has come on us: yet have we not entreated the favor of the LORD our God, that we should turn from our iniquities, and have discernment in your truth.

For I brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage. I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.

“Remember the Torah of Moses my servant, which I commanded to him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.

Yeshua said to him, “See that you tell nobody, but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them talking with him.
