  1. I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech.

  11. ¶ A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

  12. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

  13. ¶ Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

  14. He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

  15. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

  16. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

  17. ¶ Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

  18. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

  19. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

  20. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

  21. ¶ A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

  22. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

  23. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

  24. For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

  25. I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
