  1. ¶ A Psalm and Song at the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

  19. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

  20. For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

  21. But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

  22. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

  23. ¶ A Song or Psalm of David. O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

  24. Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

  25. I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
