Smoke went out at his nostrels, and a consuming fire out of his mouth: coales were kindled thereat.

He bowed the heauens also and came downe, and darkenes was vnder his feete.

And he rode vpon Cherub and did flie, and he came flying vpon the wings of the winde.

He made darkenes his secrete place, and his pauilion round about him, euen darkenesse of waters, and cloudes of the ayre.

At the brightnes of his presence his clouds passed, haylestones and coles of fire.

Doubtlesse kindnesse and mercie shall follow me all the dayes of my life, and I shall remaine a long season in the house of the Lord.

For he hath founded it vpon the seas: and established it vpon the floods.

Who shall ascende into the mountaine of the Lord? and who shall stand in his holy place?

Euen he that hath innocent handes, and a pure heart: which hath not lift vp his minde vnto vanitie, nor sworne deceitfully.

He shall receiue a blessing from the Lord, and righteousnesse from the God of his saluation.

Lift vp your heads ye gates, and be ye lift vp ye euerlasting doores, and the King of glory shall come in.
