  1. And there were found of Jabes Galaad four hundred virgins, that had not known the bed of a man, and they brought them to the camp in Silo, into the land of Chanaan.

  2. And they sent messengers to the children of Benjamin, that were in the rock Remmon, and commanded them to receive them in peace.

  15. And when Samuel saw Saul, the Lord said to him: Behold the man, of whom I spoke to thee, this man shall reign over my people.

  17. And made him king over Galaad, and over Gessuri, and over Jezrahel, and over Ephraim, and over Benjamin, and over all Israel.

  19. The sons of Benjamin were Bela, and Bechor, and Jadihel, three.

  22. And they were numbered by the families, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men for war, twenty thousand and two hundred.

  23. And the son of Jadihel: Balan. And the sons of Balan: Jehus and Benjamin, and Aod, and Chanana, and Zethan and Tharsis, and Ahisahar.

  24. All these were sons of Jadihel, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men, seventeen thousand and two hundred fifty to go out to war.
