  1. Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, which was prepared for the devil and his angels.

  2. For I was hungry and you gave me not to eat: I was thirsty and you gave me not to drink.

  3. I was a stranger and you took me not in: naked and you covered me not: sick and in prison and you did not visit me.

  4. Then they also shall answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and did not minister to thee?

  5. Then he shall answer them, saying: Amen: I say to you, as long as you did it not to one of these least, neither did you do it to me.

  6. And these shall go into everlasting punishment: but the just, into life everlasting.

  7. And Jesus, looking on him, loved him and said to him: One thing is wanting unto thee. Go, sell whatsoever thou hast and give to the poor: and thou shalt have treasure in heaven. And come, follow me.

  8. And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved.

  9. Blessed shall you be when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you and shall reproach you and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

  10. Be glad in that day and rejoice: for behold, your reward is great in heaven, For according to these things did their fathers to the prophets.

  11. But love ye your enemies: do good, and lend, hoping for nothing thereby: and your reward shall be great, and you shall be the sons of the Highest. For he is kind to the unthankful and to the evil.

  12. And I say to you: Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God.

  13. To open their eyes, that they may be converted from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a lot among the saints, by the faith that is in me.

  14. But glory and honour and peace to every one that worketh good: to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

  15. Now he that planteth and he that watereth, are one. And every man shall receive his own reward, according to his own labour.

  16. Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is just.

  17. Honour thy father and thy mother, which is the first commandment with a promise:

  18. That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest be long lived upon earth.

  19. For you both had compassion on them that were in bands and took with joy the being stripped of your own goods, knowing that you have a better and a lasting substance.

  20. For patience is necessary for you: that, doing the will of God, you may receive the promise.

  21. Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasure of the Egyptians. For he looked unto the reward.

  22. And therefore we also having so great a cloud of witnesses over our head, laying aside every weight and sin which surrounds us, let us run by patience to the fight proposed to us:

  23. Looking on Jesus, the author and finisher of faith, who, having joy set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and now sitteth on the right hand of the throne of God.

  24. Therefore, receiving an immoveable kingdom, we have grace: whereby let us serve, pleasing God, with fear and reverence.

  25. Not rendering evil for evil, nor railing for railing, but contrariwise, blessing: for unto this are you called, that you may inherit a blessing.
