Hitherto, you have not asked any thing in my name. Ask, and you shall receive; that your joy may be full.

And not as it was by one sin, so also is the gift. For judgment indeed was by one unto condemnation: but grace is of many offences unto justification.

For if by one man's offence death reigned through one; much more they who receive abundance of grace and of the gift and of justice shall reign in life through one, Jesus Christ.

Therefore, as by the offence of one, unto all men to condemnation: so also by the justice of one, unto all men to justification of life.

And having different gifts, according to the grace that is given us, either prophecy, to be used according to the rule of faith;

Or ministry, in ministering; or he that teacheth, in doctrine;

He that exhorteth, in exhorting; he that giveth, with simplicity; he that ruleth, with carefulness; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

That in all things you are made rich in him, in all utterance and in all knowledge;

As the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you,

So that nothing is wanting to you in any grace, waiting for the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now there are diversities of graces, but the same Spirit.

And there are diversities of ministries. but the same Lord.

And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who worketh all in all.

And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit.

To one indeed, by the Spirit, is given the word of wisdom: and to another, the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit:

To another, faith in the same spirit: to another, the grace of healing in one Spirit:

To another the working of miracles: to another, prophecy: to another, the discerning of spirits: to another, diverse kinds of tongues: to another, interpretation of speeches.

But all these things, one and the same Spirit worketh, dividing to every one according as he will.

But to every one of us is given grace, according to the measure of the giving of Christ.

Wherefore he saith: Ascending on high, he led captivity captive: he gave gifts to men.

For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be rejected that is received with thanksgiving:

For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
