  14. At the time on high she lifteth herself up, She laugheth at the horse and at his rider.

  15. By thine understanding flieth a hawk? Spreadeth he his wings to the south?

  16. At thy command goeth an eagle up high? Or lifteth he up his nest?

  17. A rock he doth inhabit, Yea, he lodgeth on the tooth of a rock, and fortress.

  18. From thence he hath sought food, To a far off place his eyes look attentively,

  19. And his brood gulp up blood, And where the pierced are --there is he!

  20. And causest him to lack a little of Godhead, And with honour and majesty compassest him.

  21. Thou dost cause him to rule Over the works of Thy hands, All Thou hast placed under his feet.

  22. Sheep and oxen, all of them, And also beasts of the field,

  23. Bird of the heavens, and fish of the sea, Passing through the paths of the seas!

  24. Bless, O my soul, Jehovah! Jehovah, my God, Thou hast been very great, Honour and majesty Thou hast put on.
