  1. Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

  16. And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.

  17. When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.

  18. And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

  19. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

  20. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

  21. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
