  1. Praise Him, O sun and moon; praise Him, all you shining stars.

  10. “Only if this fixed order departed from My presence, declares the LORD, would Israel’s descendants ever cease to be a nation before Me.”

  11. “Thus says the LORD who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it, the LORD is His name:

  12. As the hosts of heaven cannot be counted and as the sand on the seashore cannot be measured, so too will I multiply the descendants of My servant David and the Levites who minister before Me.”

  13. When I extinguish you, I will cover the heavens and darken their stars. I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon will not give its light.

  14. It grew as high as the host of heaven, and it cast down some of the host and some of the stars to the earth, and trampled them.
