  8. And she said unto him, I am the daughter of Bethuel the son of Milcah, whom she bare unto Nahor.

  9. And the man came into the house, and he ungirded the camels; and he gave straw and provender for the camels, and water to wash his feet and the feet of the men that were with him.

  10. And there was set food before him to eat: but he said, I will not eat, until I have told mine errand. And he said, Speak on.

  11. And he said unto his daughters, And where is he? why is it that ye have left the man? call him, that he may eat bread.

  12. And the old man said, Peace be unto thee; howsoever let all thy wants lie upon me; only lodge not in the street.

  13. So he brought him into his house, and gave the asses fodder; and they washed their feet, and did eat and drink.

  14. (The sojourner hath not lodged in the street; But I have opened my doors to the traveller);

  15. Forget not to show love unto strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
