And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and become dry.

And the rivers shall become foul; the streams of Egypt shall be diminished and dried up; the reeds and flags shall wither away.

The meadows by the Nile, by the brink of the Nile, and all the sown fields of the Nile, shall become dry, be driven away, and be no more.

Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourthmonth, in the fifthdayof the month, as I was among the captives by the river Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

the word of Jehovah came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of Jehovah was there upon him.

And the cherubim mounted up: this is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
