  1. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

  2. And Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do what is done to the fig tree, but even if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea, it shall be done.

  13. And he said, Jesus, remember me when thou comest in thy kingdom.

  14. And he said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in Paradise.

  15. Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

  16. but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life.

  17. We know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and do his will, him he heareth.

  18. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the multitude that standeth around I said it, that they may believe that thou didst send me.

  21. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

  22. And now, Lord, look upon their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants to speak thy word with all boldness,

  23. while thou stretchest forth thy hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of thy holy Servant Jesus.

  24. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken wherein they were gathered together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

  25. And he, fastening his eyes upon him, and being affrighted, said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are gone up for a memorial before God.
