Judas

Simon the Canaanite; and Judah Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

Then one of the twelve, who was called Judah Iscariot, went to the chief priests,

Judah, who betrayed him, answered, “It isn’t me, is it, Rabbi?” He said to him, “You said it.”

While he was still speaking, behold, Judah, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and clubs, from the chief priest and elders of the people.

Then Judah, who betrayed him, when he saw that Yeshua was condemned, felt remorse, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,

and Judah Iscariot, who also betrayed him. He came into a house.

Judah Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went away to the chief priests, that he might deliver him to them.

Immediately, while he was still speaking, Judah, one of the twelve, came—and with him a multitude with swords and clubs, from the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders.

Judah the son of Jacob; and Judah Iscariot, who also became a traitor.

Satan entered into Judah, who was also called Iscariot, who was numbered with the twelve.

While he was still speaking, behold, a multitude, and he who was called Judah, one of the twelve, was leading them. He came near to Yeshua to kiss him.

But Yeshua said to him, “Judah, do you betray the Son of Man with a kiss?”

Now he spoke of Judah, the son of Simon Iscariot, for it was he who would betray him, being one of the twelve.

Then Judah Iscariot, Simon’s son, one of his disciples, who would betray him, said,

During supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judah Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him,

Yeshua therefore answered, “It is he to whom I will give this piece of bread when I have dipped it.” So when he had dipped the piece of bread, he gave it to Judah, the son of Simon Iscariot.

For some thought, because Judah had the money box, that Yeshua said to him, “Buy what things we need for the feast,” or that he should give something to the poor.

Judah (not Iscariot) said to him, “Lord, what has happened that you are about to reveal yourself to us, and not to the world?”

Now Judah, who betrayed him, also knew the place, for Yeshua often met there with his disciples.

Judah then, having taken a detachment of soldiers and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons.

They answered him, “Yeshua of Nazareth.” Yeshua said to them, “I am he.” Judah also, who betrayed him, was standing with them.

“Brothers, it was necessary that this Scripture should be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judah, who was guide to those who took Yeshua.

to take part in this ministry and office of emissary from which Judah fell away, that he might go to his own place.”
