  1. Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

  10. But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.

  11. ¶ Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.

  12. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

  13. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

  14. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

  15. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

  16. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

  17. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

  18. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

  19. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.

  20. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

  21. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

  22. But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?

  23. And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?

  24. So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

  25. For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
