  1. Doe not thinke that I will accuse you to my Father: there is one that accuseth you, euen Moses, in whom ye trust.

  10. Then they suborned men, which saide, We haue heard him speake blasphemous wordes against Moses, and God.

  11. For we haue heard him say, that this Iesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the ordinances, which Moses gaue vs.

  12. The same time was Moses borne, and was acceptable vnto God, which was nourished vp in his fathers house three moneths.

  13. And Moses was learned in all the wisdome of the Egyptians, and was mightie in wordes and in deedes.

  14. Then fled Moses at that saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begate two sonnes.

  15. And when Moses sawe it, hee wondred at the sight: and as he drew neere to consider it, the voyce of the Lord came vnto him, saying,

  16. I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Iacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold it.

  17. This Moses whome they forsooke, saying, Who made thee a prince and a iudge? the same God sent for a prince, and a deliuerer by the hand of the Angel, which appeared to him in the bush.

  18. This is that Moses, which saide vnto the children of Israel, A Prophet shall the Lord your God raise vp vnto you, euen of your brethren, like vnto me: him shall ye heare.

  19. Saying vnto Aaron, Make vs gods that may goe before vs: for we knowe not what is become of this Moses that brought vs out of the land of Egypt.

  20. Our fathers had the tabernacle of witnes, in the wildernes, as hee had appointed, speaking vnto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seene.

  21. And from al things, from which ye could not be iustified by the Law of Moses, by him euery one that beleeueth, is iustified.

  22. Then came downe certaine from Iudea, and taught the brethren, saying, Except ye be circumcised after the maner of Moses, ye cannot be saued.

  23. But said they, certaine of the sect of the Pharises, which did beleeue, rose vp, saying, that it was needefull to circumcise them, and to commaund them to keepe the lawe of Moses.

  24. For Moses of olde time hath in euery citie them that preache him, seeing he is read in the Synagogues euery Sabbath day.

  25. Now they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Iewes, which are among the Gentiles, to forsake Moses, and sayest that they ought not to circumcise their sonnes, neither to liue after the customes.
