  1. I will look for thy salvation, O Lord.

  2. And when thou shalt seek there the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him: yet so, if thou seek him with all thy heart, and all the affliction of thy soul.

  18. And the Lord is become a refuge for the poor: a helper in due time in tribulation.

  19. He that walketh without blemish, and worketh justice:

  20. Unto the end, for David, the servant of the Lord, who spoke to the Lord the words of this canticle, in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: and he said:

  21. I will love thee, O Lord, my strength:

  22. The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

  23. Neither let my enemies laugh at me: for none of them that wait on thee shall be confounded.

  24. Let all them be confounded that act unjust things without cause. Shew, O Lord, thy ways to me, and teach me thy paths.

  25. Direct me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art God my Saviour; and on thee have I waited all the day long.
