Then he said to me, "This is the curse that goes out over the face of all the land; for [according to what is written] on one side, everyone who steals will be swept away; and [according to what is written] on the other side, everyone who swears will be swept away.
'I will release it,' says ADONAI-Tzva'ot, 'and it will enter the house of the thief and the house of anyone who swears falsely by my name; it will stay there inside the house and consume it completely, even its timbers and stones.'"
"You have spoken strongly against me," says ADONAI. "Yet you say, 'How have we spoken against you?'
By saying, 'There is no point in serving God. What good is it to obey his orders or to walk about as mourners before ADONAI-Tzva'ot?
Because of this, I tell you that people will be forgiven any sin and blasphemy, but blaspheming the Ruach HaKodesh will not be forgiven.
One can say something against the Son of Man and be forgiven; but whoever keeps on speaking against the Ruach HaKodesh will never be forgiven, neither in the `olam hazeh nor in the `olam haba.
however, someone who blasphemes against the Ruach HaKodesh never has forgiveness but is guilty of an eternal sin."
For they had been saying, "He has an unclean spirit in him."
For from within, out of a person's heart, come forth wicked thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery,
greed, malice, deceit, indecency, envy, slander, arrogance, foolishness...
All these wicked things come from within, and they make a person unclean."
First, understand this: during the Last Days, scoffers will come, following their own desires
and asking, “Where is this promised ‘coming’ of his? For our fathers have died, and everything goes on just as it has since the beginning of creation.”
It was given a mouth speaking arrogant blasphemies; and it was given authority to act for forty-two months.
So it opened its mouth in blasphemies against God to insult his name and his Sh’khinah, and those living in heaven;
