  1. And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.

  12. And it came to pass, as they were parting from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah: not knowing what he said.

  13. And while he said these things, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.

  14. And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my Son, my chosen: hear ye him.

  15. And when the voice came, Jesus was found alone. And they held their peace, and told no man in those days any of the things which they had seen.

  16. And John bare witness, saying, I have beheld the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven; and it abode upon him.

  17. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize in water, he said unto me, Upon whomsoever thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and abiding upon him, the same is he that baptizeth in the Holy Spirit.

  18. And I have seen, and have borne witness that this is the Son of God.

  19. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

  23. and said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
