  18. of judgment, because the prince of this world hath been judged.

  19. And being let go, they came to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said unto them.

  20. And they, when they heard it, lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, O Lord, thou that didst make the heaven and the earth and the sea, and all that in them is:

  21. who by the Holy Spirit, by the mouth of our father David thy servant, didst say, Why did the Gentiles rage, And the peoples imagine vain things?

  22. Wherefore, even as the Holy Spirit saith, To-day if ye shall hear his voice,

  23. Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, Like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,

  24. Where your fathers triedmeby proving me, And saw my works forty years.
