Their soul abhorreth all manner of food; And they draw near unto the gates of death.
Then they cry unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he saveth them out of their distresses.
He sendeth his word, and healeth them, And delivereth them from their destructions.
Oh that men would praise Jehovah for his lovingkindness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
All his days also he eateth in darkness, and he is sore vexed, and hath sickness and wrath.
Why will ye be still stricken, that ye revolt more and more? the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto Jehovah,
and said, Remember now, O Jehovah, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.

My dwelling is removed, and is carried away from me as a shepherd’s tent: I have rolled up, like a weaver, my life; he will cut me off from the loom: From day even to night wilt thou make an end of me.

Therefore thus saith Jehovah: Ye have not hearkened unto me, to proclaim liberty, every man to his brother, and every man to his neighbor: behold, I proclaim unto you a liberty, saith Jehovah, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the earth.
Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my wrath upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast;
though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither son nor daughter; they should but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the evil beasts, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast!
On the day of our king the princes made themselves sick with the heat of wine; he stretched out his hand with scoffers.
And Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of disease and all manner of sickness among the people.
