  1. For this cause God gave them up unto vile passions: for their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature:

  2. and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working unseemliness, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was due.

  3. And even as they refused to have God intheirknowledge, God gave them up unto a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

  4. being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

  5. Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men,

  6. nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

  7. Know ye not that your bodies are members of Christ? shall I then take away the members of Christ, and make them members of a harlot? God forbid.

  8. Or know ye not that he that is joined to a harlot is one body? for, The twain, saith he, shall become one flesh.

  9. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

  10. Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

  11. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

  12. idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties,

  13. envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practise such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

  14. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye no longer walk as the Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind,

  15. being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their heart;

  16. who being past feeling gave themselves up to lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

  17. that ye no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

  18. For the time past may suffice to have wrought the desire of the Gentiles, and to have walked in lasciviousness, lusts, winebibbings, revellings, carousings, and abominable idolatries:
