  1. For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

  2. And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

  3. And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

  4. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

  5. No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

  9. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

  10. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

  11. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

  12. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:

  13. Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

  14. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

  15. And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

  16. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

  17. Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.

  18. For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

  19. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.

  20. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

  21. There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.

  22. And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?

  23. Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.

  24. And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.

  25. Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
