  1. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

  14. I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

  15. Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

  16. But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

  17. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

  18. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

  19. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

  20. Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
