  1. Seek ye the Lord, and his power: seek ye his face evermore.

  2. And the just man shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.

  14. And other some fell upon stony ground, where it had not much earth; and it shot up immediately, because it had no depth of earth.

  15. And when the sun was risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

  16. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

  17. And some fell upon good ground; and brought forth fruit that grew up, and increased and yielded, one thirty, another sixty, and another a hundred.

  18. And they have no root in themselves, but are only for a time: and then when tribulation and persecution ariseth for the word they are presently scandalized.

  19. And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved.

  20. But one thing is necessary. Mary hath chosen the best part, which shall not be taken away from her.

  21. And the Lord said: Simon, Simon, behold Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat.

  22. But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and thou, being once converted, confirm thy brethren.

  23. All that the Father giveth to me shall come to me: and him that cometh to me, I will not cast out.

  24. Now this is the will of the Father who sent me: that of all that he hath given me, I should lose nothing; but should raise it up again in the last day.

  25. And this is the will of my Father that sent me: that every one who seeth the Son and believeth in him may have life everlasting. And I will raise him up in the last day.
