The learning of a man is known by patience: and his glory is to pass over wrongs.

As the roaring of a lion, so also is the anger of a king: and his cheerfulness as the dew upon the grass.

Be not a friend to an angry man, and do not walk with a furious man:

Lest perhaps thou learn his ways, and take scandal to thy soul.

A stone is heavy, and sand weighty: but the anger of a fool is heavier than them both.

For the anger of man worketh not the justice of God.
